Better than expected. The package arrived a whole week before it was due, the guitar is well constructed, and the value for the money is very good. It's exactly what I wanted in a setup to keep near my desk. The amp works with a 9V battery (at least the one I got) and it does not come with a power adapter (although it can be connected to one)I ordered the guitar for my daughter's sixteenth birthday. This is her first guitar. She was really excited to receive it. I would have given it five stars except: the number two string tuned as a G instead of a B. Now I have to take it to a guitar shop to get the correct string put on it. It arrived five days after her birthday instead of the day before like promised.great guitar - perfect for beginners. My son loved it but wasn't crazy about the amp. Overall great for the price and came sooner than expected which was perfect!!!This is my first electric guitar so I got everything all in one purchase. The amp is much tinier that I thought it would be & run off of a 9v battery. It will be the first thing I upgrade but for now it is perfect.I would suggest buying an extra set of strings with this guitar. It does not come with an extra set.Absolutely enjoy this guitar. Got it because I'm picking the electric guitar after a couple years of not playing. Really enjoy the feel, weight, and even the sound of this guitar, and with the accessories included, this is definitely a great starter kit for anyone interested in trying out a guitar. Considering the size of the Amp included, I was presently surprised by the sound quality it produces and the settings available with it. The guitar stand works great, and having a carrying case included was also a nice touch. I would recommend, however, that if this guitar is going to be transported often, for its protection, you should definitely pick up a hard case asap, as even with this being considered a beginner guitar, I'm going to guess that you or whoever you're purchasing this guitar starter kit for will absolutely love this guitar forever. I, myself, will be keeping this guitar even after I purchase another as the sound that comes from it may be well worth writing songs for. This guitar is really good for the price especially for a beginner. The amp works just fine and you can get pretty sweet sounds. In the future you will have to upgrade your guitar but this guitar will do just fine. Very good to practice and just have fun. 10/10 would purchase again. The guitar is absolutely beautiful!! But it was missing the guitar strap and the guitar picks. So that's something that I didn't like too well. But the guitar is light weight and very easy to handle. The amplifier is good but the sound is full of static and it's light weight as well.It plays well. I like my purchase. I didn’t end up getting a gig bag with the package though. This was a birthday gift from the family for a 13 year old who is getting back into music on his own desires. This was an upgrade for him and on the first day be could not put the guitar down for 6 hours. I asked if it was an upgrade from his previous and his response was "OHHH YAHHHH" with a smile. For the cost, the value of this guitar package is awesome - the guitar is solid and looks great, it tune sup nicely, the amp is small but powerful and for a house or room a perfect size and all the accessories from the stand to the straps are good and solid. This package comes highly recommended by the user and no regrets on choosing this over Xbox1.This bundle is clearly not its price $ 573 but at $ 160 (the price I got it with the 'discount') this is probably what it is actually worth. The price I got it, this is what has given him the 2nd star. For: - beautiful look- not too much crap on the finish (even if I received it with a rope that had a fold)- comes with lots of starting somethingCons: - Very audible interference noise (especially if I compare it to an Epiphone Les Paul Junior that comes with Rocksmith) it is on the amp or Rocksmith- Crappy amp (The sound interference almost buries the sound of the guitar)- The tremolo was screwed to death, so not functional.- Light, leaving me doubt the quality of woodIn short, to make it correct, he'll have to change the strings and isolated. For the amp, nothing to do, I'll probably try to sell it or give it to someoneHave had my guitar for some time now.-Very light-Decent pick guard-Very hard to get some cables out of the jack-Strap holders were not great.-Included strap broke while playing and almost broke my guitar. I ended up buying a new strap with strap locks-Paint is not durable-Sound not great-Included tuner is good-Included cable was fine-Good collection of picks-Relatively wide fret spaces-I would have put a 2.5 star instead of 2.-Would have been a better investment for me to get a more expensive guitarFor my use, this does the job. I plan on changing the gear inside for some flashier and more reliable parts. I love the colour and all the gear it comes with, considering how expensive just a gig bag and guitar stand would cost alone. Even from the same company, buying those two parts separate would be half the cost I paid for the whole package. Mine did not come with picks though. You can get a good practice amp out of the little amp included, just hook up a small effects unit before the input. The distortion setting is too noticeable on the amp, even clocked at 1, it is very noticeable. So plan to have your own distortion pedal. The construction of the guitar is well, what you should expect. It is extremely light, but goes out of tune very fast if you like to strangle the neck like Homer Simpson does to Bart.Did not expect the guitar to arrive in 5 days as it said it would take 1-4 months to deliver. Nicely packaged and nothing missing after unboxing. The guitar looks beautiful and has a great built quality for its price. I wish they gave different sized picks instead of just mediums. Tuned the guitar right away and it sounded great! For the price it would be really tough to find a better guitar package than this. Would recommend to any beginners learning guitar.
