I bought this in August and used it about 6-8 time mounting my tractor tires. It worked great with plenty of power. Wish it was a little shorter, but it's about the same size as most all of them. I went to use it the other day and it hung up, not wanting to turn. I reversed it and it spun. Went forward again and it spun for a second and hung again. This time the motor started smoking and it didnt start back. Working with Craftsman's customer service center in India right now to see how their warranty is.Edit: I initially called the customer service center and was told that the impact was backordered and they had no time frame on when they would get them and offered me the cordless version with 100 ft/lb less torque. After 1.5 months waiting for a replacement, I called back and they could not give me any estimate on when they might be able to get a replacement for me. They again offered me the cordless or a refund. I chose the refund this time and had a check in the mail about a week and a half later. Other than some issues with the accent and incorrect information, customer service was pretty good.I purchased this and used it one time to take the tire off my car. It didn't have the torque to loosen the lugs but I knew they were put on at a tire shop with an air impact wrench so I didn't think anything of it. After I broke them loose it worked fine from there and tightened them sufficiently when I put the wheel back on. I kept this in a contractor bag I bought for it in my home, since it's electric there was no reason to keep it in the trunk. I got a flat this week and jacked the car and it worked fine taking off all five lugs. When I went to install them it tightened two of them before the motor seized up and started smoking. At almost $200 to buy it I attempted to use it two times and it is now absolutely worthless.Easy to use.Good toolI bought this for my father he I liked it and he said it works well. Would buy againMuy prácticoUsed this several times now including changing out the oil pump seal and timing bellt on my car as well as lug nuts. Power is decent a littke big but thats hard to avoid and nothing some extensions cant't deal with. Would say worth the money if you have the need.Working as expected...happy to own this wrench.
